Social Standing: Independent Vigilante Group
Description: The Shinzui Faction are bound only to each other. All members share a deep bond that goes further than being family. Though each member acts on their own, the rest of the clan will provide support when needed. Like a lightning bolt during a storm, we attack swiftly and with destructive force.

Clan History
Background: The name Shinzui, meaning "Core" was given to those whose own being overflowed with energy. It was a special energy that fused with the first Shinzui clan member, it's founder, Raisuke Shinzui. Raisuke then had children with his loving wife, Karin. And as expected, the Shinzui family tree continued to expand. Their rival clan who also bore powers of the lightning element, the Ikazuchi Batsu, declared war by assassinating Raisuke. The war continued for years, the Shinzui Clan's spirits never breaking. In the end both clans were completely wiped out, except for some Shinzui Clan members. They turned into a faction and continue to fight when evil is afoot. Raizen, the last pure bred Shinzui member, was still a child when he had to leave the rest of his faction. Where he is now, he hopes that back in his home world, his Shinzui will regain its past glory.

Name: Denkichi (Electric Blood)
Description: Using the energy coming from the Denkichi Cells, members can harness electricity and use it in offensive and defensive manners. Using it for offense basically means using it as an enhancer for punches and kicks, but for those with a greater energy source, small projectile burst and other minor weaponry. For defensive uses, the member can cover himself in a veil of static, shocking whatever touches them.

Description: Like Lightning Set, it sends a charge, but specifically large ones to the user's hands or feet. The charge is then sent through the attacked being or object, giving a significant amount of elemental damage.

Description: Useful only when being attacked by a lightning-based move, reversing the attack towards the enemy, but the new attack is half as strong as the original. Other than being a weak counter measure, Reverse Lightning has no other use.

Name: Volt Shooter

Type: Offense
Element: Lightning
Description: The user extends their arms, aligns their index fingers and thumbs so a triangle is formed, and creates a large orb of lightning energy. The orb than separates into a dozen smaller orbs and shoot out at the enemy, covering them fully with static shock. Not doing any real damage, its used as a paralysis technique.
